Body Panel Beating and Body Repair Work

Specific case:

The side of the car was scratched while turning left
PEUGEOT 308 Quarter panel replacement
The car door is also deformed
The rear left door is also dented.

In this case, MIT AUTO JAPAN will proceed to replace the rear door and replace the クオーター.

Process:

Set up the vehicle before removing the outer body panel.
To reuse the parts that are still usable, we remove the mirror, クオーター, rear wheel, and rear bumper.
After preliminarily straightening the frame edges back to their original state, the next step is to determine the cutting points to separate the outer body panel.

Usually, on cars, the body frame layers are joined together by welds. After painting, these welds become very difficult to identify. To save time, we first locate and mark the welding points. Depending on the welding method and the location of the welds, different removal techniques will be applied.
